Denya LeVine and Mark O’Leary are WOMR DJs and musician friends.
Their lively performances include Celtic music, folk and protest songs, sea shanties, whimsey and acrobatic stunts. Maybe not that last part.
Denya’s a folk and eclectic fiddler and singer, lives in Wellfleet, and she’s been entertaining Cape Cod audiences for 40 plus years.
Her roots are in classical, folk and Jewish music, and her grandparents are from Eastern Europe.
Mark O'Leary, who lives in Orleans and Newton, is a singer who plays guitar, mandolin, and percussion, and he enjoys a variety of music from Celtic to blues to Klezmer.
Mark's had many jobs in his life, including being a full-time musician. Now his favorites are WOMR DJ, musician, father, and grandfather.
His great grandparents are from Ireland.
Their duo performances are upbeat, interactive, and memorable.
